Working with Becky was an incredible experience. I was faced with the challenge of selling two properties and using the proceeds to buy a third. Becky was up to the challenge and providing guidance along the way. What’s more she didn’t hesitate to literally roll up her sleeves to offer a helping hand. Thanks to her stable of professionals at the ready, both houses looked their very best when it came time to market them. But that was only half the story. Once the houses were under contract, I needed to find a place to live. We searched high and low from one end of the Valley to the other and finally found found the perfect property in an established wind protected neighborhood in south Rancho Mirage. It simply ticked all the right boxes. When it came time to writing an offer, Becky offered sage guidance and managed my expectations. In the end, the seller accepted my initial offer (14K below list) at a time when inventory was near record lows and many properties were routinely selling at or above list price. During the final walkthrough, Becky’s expertise again came to the fore in our discussions with the tenants. Her kindness and professionalism went a long way toward smoothing over the strained relationship between the tenants and the previous owner. Becky helped me through a personally challenging period and set me up on a path toward financial stability. 

My partner and I were interested in buying property remotely from the Bay Area. We were, admittedly, ignorant of the nuances of the real estate market in the Coachella Valley. Becky was gracious in educating us about neighborhoods, prices and other real estate considerations. Even though I was a home-owner, I learned new things from Becky about the process that were instrumental in our final purchase. In addition to Becky's knowledge, her responsiveness was top-notch. When we flew into the valley, she was eager to arrange viewing appointments and flexible with our timing needs. Finally, Becky was a true professional in guiding us to our final purchase in La Quinta - negotiating with sellers and their agents.
